ABOUT US | OUR SERVICES | FOCUS ON CHILDREN | EVENTS | VOLUNTEER Housing Eligibility Requirement and Guidelines Permanent program eligibility The Permanent Housing Program provides housing to single women with disabilities, which include drug and alcohol addiction (must have 6 months clean time), mental health diagnosis, mental retardation, physical disability, and HIV/AIDS. Disabilities must be considered a permanent disability, not a temporary illness. Eligibility requirements:
Transitional program eligibility The Transitional Housing Program provides housing for single women, with priority given to women between the ages of 18 and 30. Women must be working or attending school/training and working towards self-sufficiency. Families may reside up to two years. Applicants must have custody of at least one child or be 7 months pregnant. Eligibility Requirements:

Sisters Place provides life skills classes, referrals for GED preparation, career planning sessions, an after-school program, summer day camp, tutoring for children and adults, field trips, food pantry, limited transportation, and referrals and advocacy to other service providers as needed.
